In this workshop, I'll talk about different kinds of sourdough starters for home bakers, approaches to sourdough baking, and the different ways we use sourdough in our home kitchen. It's a beginner workshop, where I'll demonstrate how to make a basic whole wheat sourdough loaf, and you'll leave with an understanding of how to use sourdough in flatbread, scones, pancakes, bread, and more. You'll also leave with your very own sourdough starter!
